What is Mumz Little Chefs?
Mumz Little Chefs is a Dubai-based business that creates personalised gifts for children from handcrafted cooking and baking kits to 3D printed Doodle Frames, hand embroidered hoops, custom cookie cutters and gift bags. Everything is made with love in Dubai and delivered free across the UAE. We operate under two brands: Mumz Little Chefs for cooking and baking products, and Mumz Little Crafts for creative keepsakes and artwork.
Where are you based?
We are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. All our products are handcrafted in Dubai.
Do you ship outside the UAE?
Yes we offer worldwide shipping. We deliver free within the UAE, and ship to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, the UK, Europe and beyond. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Are your products safe for children?
Absolutely. Every product we make is BPA-free, non-toxic and eco-friendly. Our fabrics are 100% cotton, soft on skin and chemical-free. All utensils are made from food-grade silicone. Everything is carefully sourced to be safe for little hands.
Personalisation
How do I personalise my order?
Simply add your personalisation details; child's name, age or any special requests in the fields provided on the product page before adding to cart. Our options system makes it easy to customise each item at checkout.
What items can be personalised?
Almost everything we make can be personalised. Aprons, chef hats, tea towels and cotton bags are embroidered with your child's name. Wooden items such as rolling pins and chopping boards are engraved. Doodle Frames are personalised with the child's name and age.
Can I personalise in Arabic?
Yes we offer personalisation in Arabic. Simply add your child's name in Arabic when filling in the personalisation fields at checkout. If you have any questions or a specific request, WhatsApp us on +971 56 660 6550 and we'll be happy to help.
What if I make a mistake with the personalisation?
Please double-check all names and details before placing your order. Personalised items cannot be changed or refunded once production has started. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us via WhatsApp on +971 56 660 6550 as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
Little Chef Kits
What is included in the Bakers Bundle?
The Bakers Bundle includes a personalised apron, chef hat, glove, tea towel, rolling pin, spatula, whisk, cookie cutter, measuring cups, personalised cotton drawstring bag and a hard keepsake box. All items are personalised with your child's name.
What is included in the Chefs Bundle?
The Chefs Bundle includes a personalised apron, chef hat, glove, tea towel, cooking utensils, personalised chopping board, personalised cotton drawstring bag and a hard keepsake box. The Junior Chef and Pro Chefs version includes a 3-piece child-safe knife set.
What is the difference between the Full Bundle and the Mini Bundle?
The Full Bundle includes the complete set apron, hat, glove, tea towel, tools, keepsake box and personalised cotton bag. The Mini Bundle includes the tools and personalised cotton bag only no apron, hat, glove, tea towel or box. The Mini Bundle is ideal as a smaller gift or add-on.
What age groups do the kits come in?
We offer three age-appropriate collections:
- Little Explorers : Ages 1 to 4
- Junior Chefs : Ages 5 to 9
- Pro Chefs in Training : Ages 10 and above
Each collection is sized and equipped for that age group's abilities and hand size.
What colours are available for the apron?
Aprons are available in a range of colours. Please see the colour options on the product page. If you have a specific colour request, contact us via WhatsApp before ordering.
Are the materials food safe?
Yes. All utensils are made from BPA-free, food-grade silicone. Wooden items are food safe. Fabrics are 100% cotton and chemical-free.
Doodle Frames
What is a Doodle Frame?
A Doodle Frame is a 3D printed artwork created from your child's own drawing. Your child draws anything they like on plain white paper, and we use 3D printing technology to transform that drawing into a real, textured, three-dimensional piece. It is then mounted in a beautiful frame and personalised with the child's name and age or class year.
What should my child draw?
Anything at all; a family portrait, their favourite animal, a made-up creature, the words "I love you Mummy & daddy" in their own handwriting, or simply their name in big letters. There are no wrong drawings. Simple, bold drawings work just as beautifully as detailed ones.
What paper and tools should we use?
Use plain white A4 paper with no lines or squares. A thick black marker gives the boldest, most beautiful results. Colouring pencils and regular pencils also work as long as the lines are clearly visible in the photo.
How do I send my child's drawing?
After placing your order, WhatsApp a clear photo of the drawing to +971 56 660 6550 with your order number. Lay the paper flat, photograph from directly above in natural light with no flash or shadows.
How long does a Doodle Frame take?
Doodle Frames are dispatched within 5 to 7 working days of receiving your drawing. Complex artwork may require additional time — we will confirm upon receipt.
What sizes do Doodle Frames come in?
Our standard school programme frame and simple drawing are 13×18cm. Please see individual product pages for full size options.
What is the difference between Simple, Detailed and Complex Doodle Frames?
- Simple Drawing (AED 250): ideal for bold, clear drawings with defined lines and shapes. Such as name, a few words, a simple figure.
- Detailed Drawing (AED 350): for drawings with multiple elements, patterns or more complexity. Such as multiple figures or detailed drawings.
- Complex Artwork (AED 450): for highly intricate, detailed artwork with significant depth. Such a family portrait with writing, more complex drawings.

Custom Cookie Cutters
What are custom cookie cutters?
We design and 3D print custom cookie cutters in any shape you can imagine from simple animals, characters and shapes to highly detailed and complex designs such as company logos, personalised initials or unique themed shapes. Every cutter is made to order right here in Dubai.
How much do custom cookie cutters cost?
Standard cookie cutters such as animals, characters and simple shapes are priced at AED 30 per cutter. For complex designs such as company logos, there is a one-off design fee of AED 150 in addition to the printing cost of AED 30 per cutter.
How do I order a custom cookie cutter?
Custom cookie cutters need to be discussed with us before ordering. We will confirm the design, pricing and turnaround time before proceeding.
What designs can you make?
We can create almost any design including:

Are the cookie cutters food safe?
Yes all our cookie cutters are 3D printed using food-safe materials. They are safe to use with dough and are suitable for both children and adults.
How long does it take to make a custom cookie cutter?
Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the design. Standard shapes typically take 3 to 5 working days. Complex designs such as company logos may take longer as they require a design approval stage. We will confirm the exact timeline when you get in touch.
Can I order cookie cutters in bulk?

Can I see a preview of my cutter before it's made?
For complex designs such as company logos, we will share a design proof for your approval before printing begins. Standard shapes do not require a design approval stage.
Hand Embroidery
What is the Teacher's Hoop?
The Teacher's Hoop is a hand embroidered floral wreath hoop personalised with the teacher's name, class and school year. It is one of our most popular end-of-term gifts. Available in 7+ thread colours, every hoop is stitched entirely by hand in Dubai.
How do I choose the thread colour?
Select your preferred colour from the options on the product page. If you'd like advice on which colour to choose, WhatsApp us a photo of the teacher's classroom or favourite colours and we will suggest the perfect match.
How long does embroidery take?
Embroidery pieces are dispatched within 5 to 7 working days. During peak end-of-term periods, please allow up to 7 working days. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.
Are the Christmas ornaments available year round?
The Christmas ornaments are seasonal and available from October each year. They are set to unavailable in January and reactivated each October.

How do I place an order?
Browse our collections at mumzlittlechefs.com, add your chosen product to cart, fill in your personalisation details and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and Apple Pay.
Can I order via WhatsApp?
Yes you can also place orders directly via WhatsApp on +971 56 660 6550. Our team will guide you through the process and send you a payment link.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be amended or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided production has not started. Once personalisation has begun, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you need to make a change.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes gift wrapping is available at checkout. All our full bundle kits also come presented in a hard keepsake box.
Delivery
How much does delivery cost in the UAE?
Delivery is free across the UAE for all orders above AED100.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. UAE delivery typically takes 1 to 2 days after dispatch. Total time from order to delivery is usually 5 to 7 working days.
Do you deliver to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and other GCC countries?
Yes we deliver to all GCC countries. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes we ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a personalised item?
Unfortunately personalised items cannot be returned or refunded as they are made specifically for you. If your item arrives damaged or with an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp on +971 56 660 6550 and we will resolve it immediately.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp on +971 56 660 6550 or email info@mumzlittlechefs.com. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
