Perfect meal when you start weaning your baby, the kids and adults will also love it. Just make sure you adjust the salt accordingly

Ingredients:
▪️ 1 pumpkin got butternut squash
▫️ 1 chopped onion
▪️ 1 carrot
▫️ 1 celery
▪️ 1 potato or sweet potato
▫️ 1 tablespoon of butter or olive oil
▪️ 2 cups of water
▫️ heavy cream (optional)
▪️ salt, pepper & dried herbs
Instructions:
1️⃣ Melt the butter in a medium sauce pan, cook the onions then add the remaining vegetables
2️⃣ Sauté the vegetables at medium heat for 3 minutes then add the water and let it cook for 10-15 minutes
3️⃣ Add salt & pepper & herbs as required then blend it using a hand blender - make sure it cooled before you blend
4️⃣ Adjust the water accordingly - try to aim for medium consistency.
5️⃣ Optional add your heavy cream and serve

- Cut the vegetables
- Measure and label the ingredients
- Add herbs carefully
