• When placing an order please ensure that you choose the correct colours and size. This beautiful kit will be customised and personalised for your child and we request you to review the order before placing it. 
• If you choose to personalise the gift then please mention the child's name or initials. The apron and hat will have the child's name embroidered. The tea towel will have a print of the child's name and we will engrave the chopping board and utensils. 
• Embroidery: The embroidery can be in English, or Arabic. We will default to English unless you specify otherwise. We also have other languages so please check with us for your preference. 
• The apron set designs and colours will change. We like to mix things up regularly and so you will see variety in available stocks and designs. This means that if you see something you like today then its best you get it before it is gone!
• The cookie cutters are made in-house and 3D printed, if you have a specific design that your child is looking for please contact us by email, WhatsApp or chat to us and we will try our best to accommodate your little one’s request. 
  
• We also work with other businesses for special requests such as bulk customised cookie cutters, and personalised spatulas. Please contact us to discuss further.

Shipping times:

• Our items are all made to order and customised according to your request.  This takes a little bit of time so we ask for 14 days of patience to allow us to get your order just right. Once the your order is shipped it will be delivered between 1 - 2 days for UAE orders and 3-5 days for international orders.  

Shipping cost:

• Shipping is free of charge for all our customers in the UAE. Shipping will be calculated at checkout for international orders

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. 

• Your order will be made extra specially for you; therefore we humbly request you to double check the options and email or chat with us in case you have any questions before you place the order. Unfortunately because of this we are unable to accept any returns or exchange. 
• However if a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we will take care of it immediately. 

• If you are unhappy with our product  please email us on info@mumzlittlechefs.com or send us a message on Whatsapp and include your order number, and name and we will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

These kits have been carefully sourced to ensure the perfect combination is used. Starting with the soft 100% cotton, BPA free, non toxic, food grade silicone and environmentally friendly material.

As much as we know the hassle of hand washing especially with our busy schedule; all utensils are dishwasher safe with the exception of the cookie cutter - due to the material used - and the brass utensils. Please hand wash the cookie cutters and brass utensils, you can soak them in soapy water for few minutes then rinse them.

The apron set can be washed in the washing machine at 30 degrees with similar colours. 

·      Do you support other businesses? 
Yes, we have worked with others to print bulk customised cutters for their play doh business. We can also provide personalised spatulas, cutting boards and knives. 

·      Do you charge for delivery?

Delivery anywhere within the UAE is free of charge 

For international orders, delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. 

·      Do you charge for embroidery and wood engraving?

Nope! Both services are free of charge

Your order will be made extra specially just for you. Unfortunately because of this we are unable to accept any return or exchange. Of course if an item is damaged then we will take care of it!

Yes, we can do it in any language you prefer, just add it to your notes and we will be in touch!

As much as we know the hassle of handwashing especially with our busy schedules; with the exception of the cookie cutter and the brass utensils everything else is dishwasher safe. Please hand wash the cookie cutters and brass items. Please refer to care & love your kit
