Tahini dip
This Tahini dip goes so well with fish or kebab, basically with everything. Its healthy and light also can be a healthier substitute of the traditional Tartar sauce.
🕐 Preparation time: 15 mins
Ingredients:
🌿 1 cup of Yoghurt
🍅 1/2 cup of tahina
🌿 One crushed garlic clove (optional)
🍅 1 finely diced tomato
🌿 Pinch of salt
🍅 1 lemon juice
🌿 1/2 cup of finely chopped parsley
🍅 1 tsp of olive oil
Instructions:
- Only one step 😄 mix all together and refrigerate for 10-30 minutes
- You can adjust the consistency by adding yoghurt or tahina, also adjust the salt accordingly
