10 minutes moist banana bread
Banana bread is my go to snack and everyone loves it. You can easily adjust the sugar just make sure you use ripe bananas to add that sweetness and moist into your bread. I put it for the girls in their lunch box and it’s delicious. Takes 10 minutes to prepare and 20-25 minutes in the oven 🤩 give it a try and let me know what you think.
Ingredients:
🍌 4 eggs
🍌 1/2 cup of brown sugar 1/4 cup of white sugar
🍌 1 tsp vanilla
🍌 1 tsp baking powder and baking soda
🍌 Pinch of salt
🍌 1 tsp Cinnamon
🍌 1 tbsp chia seeds
🍌 3 ripe bananas
🍌 1/2 cup of coconut oil
🍌 2 cups of wholewheat flour
Instructions:
🍌 Heat the oven to 180 degrees
🍌 Mix the eggs and sugar in a mixer for few minutes.
🍌 Add the vanilla, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix
🍌 Add the chia seeds and flour then mix for a minute.
🍌 Mash the bananas with a fork then add to the mixture and add the coconut oil.
🍌 Pour the mixture in a baking pan and bake at 180 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes.
🍌 Optional: you can add walnuts or pecan nuts and raisins.

👧🏽 Peel and mash the bananas
🧒🏼 Let them smell the ingredients
👶🏻 Pour the mixture into the baking pan
