Overnight oats

Easy and quick breakfast idea. We all want to spend as long as possible in bed before we head to work 😆 

 

You can prepare these delicious oats a night before and keep them in the fridge to enjoy them the next morning. They are perfect for breakfast, for the kids and even babies +8 months 

 

🕐 Perpetration time: 5 minutes

🕜 Waiting time: overnight

💁🏻 2 servings 

 

Ingredients 

▪️ 1/2 cup of oats 

▫️ 1 cup of yoghurt (pick your flavour) I used plain. Or you can use milk - any type 

▪️ 1 tablespoon of honey 

▫️ 2 tablespoons of peanut butter

▪️ 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 

▫️ dash of nutmeg 

▪️ Optional: nuts & berries for topping 

 

Instructions: 

1️⃣ Place the peanut butter in the microwave for 30 seconds 

2️⃣ mix all ingredients together and pour them in a jar or bowl 

3️⃣ cover it and place it in the fridge till next morning 

 

What the kids can do:

- Measure the ingredients 

- Mix the ingredients 

- Decorate the oats and of course eat them
