Mini Banana pancakes
How cute and delicious are these mini banana pancakes. Just dip slices of bananas and drizzle some maple syrup. These are perfect for breakfast, snack, school lunchbox and for weaning babies.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of plain flour
- 1/2 cup of wholewheat flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 sliced bananas
- Optional - 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
Instructions:
- Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, egg, vanilla, milk and sugar in a bowl.
- Use an electrical blender if you have to smoothen the mixture
- Slice the bananas into medium slices.
- Heat up a skillet to medium, add butter, dip each banana in the mixture cook for a minute then flip and cook until brown.

- Dip the banana in the mixture
