This is a health snack or breakfast option which you will need to prepare a night before
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of almond or coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon flaxseed
- 1/4 cup of sliced almond - toasted
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 4 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey - omit if baby is below 12 months
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and nutmeg
- choice of nuts and or fruits
Instructions:
1️⃣ In a big bowl mix all ingredients except the fruits with a spoon carefully and let it sit for 15 minutes
2️⃣ Mix again and pour them in small cups and let them sit in the fridge over night
3️⃣ Add some honey on the top and decorate with your choice of fruits
Enjoy it for breakfast or as a snack. There are so many ways to do chia seed pudding, just base it on the above ingredients and add extras such as nuts, 1 spoon of oats, cocoa powder
